Although Strategy Risks is a fully remote firm, the preference is for candidates residing in the New York metropolitan area; Washington DC/Northern Virginia is a second choice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for executive team members – especially the CEO -- ensuring optimal time allocation for meetings, appointments, and commitments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for executive team members, optimizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions.
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between executive team members and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating seamless communication and information flow.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, contributing to the achievement of company objectives and strategic goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters pertaining to the executive team and the organization as a whole.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments, offering support and assistance as needed, embodying the spirit of teamwork and shared responsibility.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to evolving priorities, demonstrating resilience and composure in fast-paced environments.
- Act as a multiuse tool within the organization, readily taking on diverse tasks and responsibilities to support the overall operational effectiveness of SRC.
- Proven experience in executive support roles or similar administrative positions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in calendar management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing circumstances with agility and resourcefulness.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.
